My agency will be dedicated to helping the people in our community plan for life events, whether expected or unexpected.  We will accomplish this by maintaining a friendly, fair, and creative work environment, which respects diversity, new ideas, and hard work.  We will become the most trusted name in the community when it comes to insurance and financial products by building strong and long-lasting relationships with each customer. As the State Farm Agent, I will maintain an atmosphere of continuous learning and improvement.  I will never be satisfied with status quo and will work hard to improve my agency in all aspects.  I will do this by asking customers and team members how I can improve in the service I provide on a daily basis.  I will also seek every opportunity to learn more about the products and services State Farm offers to their customers.  My role will be helping policyholders uncover their needs and develop an understanding of how State Farm can assist them in accomplishing their goals. Our team will exemplify what it means to be a “good neighbor” and bring diverse talents, experiences and knowledge to better serve State Farm customers.  Our team will be courteous and friendly in all transactions and will make each customer feel as though they are the most important interaction of the day.  Our Team will provide each customer with the knowledge to make sound decisions based upon their needs.  Our office will be a professional and pleasant environment offering a convenient and accessible means to provide service to our customers.  Our office will stay in tune with technological advances that State Farm offers.  We will evaluate advancements and decide as a team whether it fits within the needs of our office and our policyholders.  These updates will be used to facilitate ease of use for the team and speed of service for the customer.
